1. Acceptance

By accessing or using WordBridge, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service. These terms apply from the first time you access the website, create an account, submit a testimonial, or use any WordBridge feature.

2. The Service

WordBridge helps owners collect, organize, approve, and publish testimonials for products, workshops, classes, services, and similar offers. Public profile pages may include testimonials, collections, CTA links, and other owner-provided content.

WordBridge is provided as an online service. Features, limits, pricing, plans, and availability may change as the product develops.

3. Accounts and Access

Owners access the dashboard through email magic links. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for activity that happens through your WordBridge account. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused, abused, or used in a way that may harm WordBridge, other users, or the public.

4. User Content

Owners and visitors are responsible for the content they create, submit, approve, or publish through WordBridge. This includes testimonials, profile text, collection names, CTA links, and related information.

You should only submit or publish content that you have the right to use. Do not submit or publish content that is misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, confidential, or private without proper permission. Owners are responsible for reviewing testimonials before making them public.

5. Plans and Payment

WordBridge may offer free and paid plans. Plan limits may apply to profiles, collections, CTA links, testimonials, analytics, and other features. Paid access, billing cycles, cancellations, and renewals will follow the terms shown at the time of purchase or subscription.

If a paid plan ends, expires, is canceled, or becomes past due, WordBridge may apply free-plan limits. We may retain overflow data for a limited period instead of deleting it immediately, so owners can manage their content or upgrade again.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep WordBridge reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.

7. Disclaimers

WordBridge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, conditions, or guarantees not expressly stated in these terms, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not control or endorse user-generated testimonials, owner profile content, or external websites linked from public pages. Owners and visitors are responsible for their own use of the service and any decisions made based on published testimonials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WordBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business, or opportunities arising from or related to the service.

If WordBridge is found liable for any claim connected with the service, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to WordBridge for the service giving rise to the claim during the period allowed by applicable law.

9. Relationship Between Us

These terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship between you and WordBridge. You may not represent that you act on behalf of WordBridge unless we have agreed to that in writing.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of WordBridge.
