Our Approach
WordBridge is built to respect the privacy of owners and visitors. We collect information only when it is needed to provide the service, protect the product, improve reliability, or meet legal obligations. We aim to explain what we collect and how it is used in clear language.
Information We Collect
We may store owner account details, such as name and email address, together with profile content, collections, CTA links, subscription records, and dashboard settings. Owners log in with email magic links, so email addresses are used to authenticate accounts and send login emails.
Testimonials may include the submitter name, role or short description, rating, testimonial text, and related collection. Testimonials are not public until the owner approves or publishes them. Once published, they appear on the owner's public WordBridge profile.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate WordBridge, display public testimonial pages, process testimonial submissions, secure owner dashboards, send login links, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and understand how the product is performing.
Analytics And Product Telemetry
WordBridge keeps first-party analytics for owner-facing metrics, such as profile views, review form opens, CTA clicks, and testimonial submission activity. These analytics are stored as metadata and are not intended to store testimonial text or customer names.
We may also use product telemetry and error-monitoring tools to understand product usage, page visits, errors, and reliability issues. We configure these tools to avoid sending testimonial content, customer names, or submitted review text.
Service Providers
We may use trusted service providers to run WordBridge, such as hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and billing providers. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to WordBridge.
Data Retention And Security
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, support account activity, comply with legal requirements, or maintain abuse-prevention and billing records. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, alteration, or deletion.
If a subscription changes, WordBridge may retain overflow data for a limited period instead of deleting it immediately, so owners have a fair chance to upgrade or manage their content.
Sharing Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not make personally identifying information public except where the product is designed to publish it, such as approved testimonials or public owner profile content. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect WordBridge, its users, or the public.
External Links
Public WordBridge pages may contain CTA links created by owners. Those links can lead to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of external websites.
Your Choices
Owners can edit profile content and hide, restore, edit, or delete testimonials from the dashboard. Visitors may choose not to submit a testimonial, but some parts of the service may not be available without the information requested in the form.
By continuing to use WordBridge, you acknowledge this privacy policy and the way we handle information for the service. Questions about account, profile, or testimonial data should be sent to the support contact listed on the production site.
